Views allow you to customize how you monitor locations and data within the platform. You can create a View to group specific locations, making it easier to access relevant insights quickly.

Creating a View

Views can be created based on various filters, including:

  • Location Type
  • Status
  • Name
  • Tags

The same applies to Insights—tagging insights and locations upfront allows for greater flexibility in creating Views based on teams, geographical areas, or any other type of grouping relevant to your organization.

Using Tags in Locations and Insights

From the Locations Tab:

    1. Navigate to the Locations Tab.

    2. Select the location you want to tag.

    3. Click on the tagging option and add the relevant tag.

    4. Save changes—the tag will now be associated with this location.

From the Insights Tab:

    1. Go to the Insights Tab.

    2. Select the insight you wish to tag.

    3. Apply the relevant tag.

    4. Save changes—the insight will now be grouped accordingly.

Accessing Views

There are two ways to access and interact with Views:

1. Dashboard View – Views can be created and displayed on your dashboard, offering quick access to key insights.
