Alert Logs provide visibility into all alerts triggered within your organization, including delivery details, status, and historical records.
They help teams track alert activity, verify delivery, and analyze past events for operational insights.
Accessing the Alert Log
Access the Alert Log via the Alert icon in the main navigation bar:
Alert Log (30-Day View)
The default view provides access to recent alerts from the past 30 days, including:
- Alert message content
- Delivery timestamp and recipients
- Acknowledgment status and comments
Historical Alert Log (Up to 1 Year)
Admins and managers can access extended alert history for deeper analysis.
This includes:
- Search by keyword
- Filter by alert type or location
- Export to CSV for offline analysis
When to Use Alert Logs
Alert Logs are useful for:
- Verifying whether alerts were delivered
- Reviewing alert activity across teams
- Investigating past weather events and responses
- Supporting operational reporting and analysis
