Key Maritime Parameters
The following parameters are available via both the platform and API:
Swell
Parameter | Description |

Primary Swell Direction | Direction from which the primary swell originates |
Secondary Swell Direction | Direction for secondary swell |
Tertiary Swell Direction | Direction for tertiary swell |
Primary Swell Height | Height of the primary swell |
Secondary Swell Height | Height of the secondary swell |
Tertiary Swell Height | Height of the tertiary swell |
Primary Swell Period | Time between successive primary swells |

Viewing Maritime Data on the Platform
To explore maritime conditions in the Tomorrow.io platform:
- Navigate to the Trends tab
- Open the Marine or related parameter dropdown
- Select a parameter to view historical and forecasted data over your selected area
Accessing Maritime Data via API
Maritime parameters are also available through the Tomorrow.io Weather API.
